气候行动

  • 零温室气体排放

  • 适应气候变化,协助城镇节水降耗

    • 相对于岱麟的零排放,传统的无下水道卫生系统中的污水在密封的环境进行厌氧分解,会产生大量的甲烷(CH4)。 • 虽然甲烷在大气中的寿命比二氧化碳短,但产生的温室效应比二氧化碳高25倍。

陆地生物

  • 积极研究再生农业技术,协助改善环境,减少合成化学品的使用, 提高有机肥料对改善退化的土地和土壤的效果。

  • 避免污水对栖息地周边水源(河流湖泊、湿地)的污染。

关爱社区文化

  • 我司致力推行各项措施,促进内部的关爱社区文化,鼓励员工参与义工服务

    • 我司于2022年多次为香港基层儿童及长者捐款、捐物,减轻其经济负担。 • 我司分别于2020年3月和6月正式加入「义工运动」和「建造业运动和义工计划」(CISVP),并鼓励员工积极参与。

参与公益项目

  • 我司长期与各大院校及非盈利机构合作,提供人力、物力和财力的支持和帮助。

    • 2018年与香港大学志行会合作为非洲加纳一学校提供岱麟技术和卫生设施。

员工安全与福祉

  • 我司于2019年10月签署了「好心情@健康工作间约章」,旨在透过参加一系列活动,培养公司内部的安全文化,与雇员一同携手创造健康及愉快的工作环境。同时要求管理层和员工定期参与职业安全培训,学习工作场地中存在的相关风险。

    • 建立安全健康的环境,实现“零事故”的愿景。 • 改善日常运营中员工的人身安全管理和文化。

  • 我司于2018年1月制定并实施「多元性与包容政策」。

    • 我们相信所有员工应该拥有平等的机会,并认识到我们的企业受益于员工的多样性。我们相信人才应该根据表现来招聘和晋升,并努力消除各种偏见。我们致力于为所有人创造一个包容和支持的工作环境,无论他们的年龄、性别、残疾、种族、民族、国籍、宗教、家庭状况如何。我们相信创造一个让人们在工作中感到舒适和能够完成工作的环境。我们努力将多样性和包容原则纳入就业相关政策,并使所有员工对创造包容环境负责。

预防和适应

  • 我司制定并实施了《风险与机会管理程序》及《矫正与预防措施程序》。该制度旨在建立企业面对机遇和挑战的应对措施,增强预防风险的能力。该制度已纳入我司综合管理体系中,并增加了相应的规范性要求。

    • 避免不可逆转的风险,提前采取预防措施。 • 应对无法规避的变化,包括不确定性和风险。 • 持续进行能力建设,包括培养管理层参与决策过程的能力。

负责任的消费与生产

  • 我司积极参与绿色经济的课程进修,学习环境友好的管理方案,提高企业整体的环保意识。

    • 遵守所有适用的污染防治和环境法律法规。 • 践行绿色采购,优先选择采用可回收性更高、实际回收率更高、耐久性更高的材料,并致力于避免过度包装。 • 增强保护环境和节约能源等意识,减少企业日常活动的能耗。

关注气候变化

  • 我司已于2018年初制定并实施气候变化政策。该政策于2019年9月23日更新。

  • 我们公司将采取适当的措施,识别和管理气候变化的风险和机遇,并制定符合最佳实践的策略,以适应和减轻气候变化对其业务的影响,从而增强其应对气候变化的能力。

  • 减缓气候变化:

    • 制定并实施长期碳减排目标,减少碳足迹。 • 在运营中使用行业最佳实践,提高能源效率(如果可能)。 • 鼓励员工、供应商和客户减少日常碳排放。 • 将气候变化考虑纳入采购流程,并鼓励使用低碳和高效节能的产品和材料。
  • 适应气候变化:

    • 评估气候变化及其相关的财务和其他风险和机遇,以增强对其业务影响的理解。 • 制定适当的程序和措施,防止或最小化气候变化可能造成的损害。 • 在所有项目中考虑气候变化。 • 将气候变化风险作为我们风险管理流程的一部分加以解决。

生物多样性

  • 我司于2019年10月签署了「向鱼翅说不」企业承诺,并制定「停止食用鲨鱼产品政策」,明确内部所有活动一律禁止食用鲨鱼产品的规定。

    • 秉持「没有买卖就没有杀害」的原则,通过拒绝消费降低对生物多样性的威胁。

Good health and well-being

  • Provide safe and healthy harmless sanitary toilets for women and children.

  • Ensuring the living hygiene and health of urban and rural residents.

  • Minimize the risk of disease transmission.

    • DEHTLET's treatment technology can eliminate pathogens and prevent mosquito breeding. • The safety of handling and storage methods is recognized by the World Health Organization.

  • Wastewater resource utilization, significantly increasing fecal recovery and safe reuse.

Climate Action

  • Adapt to climate change and assist in urban water conservation and consumption reduction.

    • Compared to DEHTLET's zero discharge, the anaerobic decomposition of sewage in traditional sewage free sanitation systems in a sealed environment produces a large amount of methane (CH4). • Although methane has a shorter lifespan in the atmosphere than carbon dioxide, it produces a greenhouse effect 25 times higher than carbon dioxide.

Life on Land

  • Actively researching the use of human manure as organic fertilizers to assist in improving the degraded land and soil and reducing the use of synthetic chemicals.

  • Avoid pollution of surrounding water sources (rivers, lakes, wetlands) by sewage.

Caring for community culture

  • Our company is committed to implementing various measures to promote an internal culture of caring for the community and encourage employees to participate in volunteer services.

    • Our company has made multiple donations to grassroots children and elderly people in Hong Kong to alleviate their economic burden. • Our company officially joined the "Volunteer Movement" and the "Construction Industry Movement and Volunteer Program" (CISVP) in March and June 2020, respectively, and encouraged employees to actively participate.

Participate in public welfare projects

  • Our company has long-term cooperation with non-profit organizations in various universities, providing human, material, and financial support and assistance.

    • In 2018, we collaborated with the Beyond the pivot (BTP), University of Hong Kong to offer DEHTLET technology and sanitation facilities to a school in Ghana, Africa.

Employee Safety and Welfare

  • Our company signed the 'Good Mood @ Healthy Workplace Charter' in October 2019, aiming to cultivate a safety culture within the company and work together with employees to create a healthy and enjoyable work environment by participating in a series of activities. At the same time, management and employees are required to regularly participate in occupational safety training and learn about the relevant risks in the workplace.

    • Establish a safe and healthy environment to achieve the vision of "zero accidents". • Improve employee safety management and culture in daily operations.

Diversity and Inclusion

  • Our company strongly believes in providing equal opportunities to all employees and recognizes that diversity is beneficial for the organization. The company is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive and supportive of all employees, regardless of their age, gender, disability, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion or family status. Our company aims to create an environment where employees feel comfortable and able to perform their job duties. The company is dedicated to incorporating diversity and inclusion principles into its employment policies, and all employees are responsible for creating an inclusive environment.

Prevention and adaptation

  • Our company has developed and implemented the Risk and Opportunity Management Procedure and the Corrective and Preventive Measures Procedure. This system aims to establish measures for enterprises to respond to opportunities and challenges, and enhance their ability to prevent risks.

    • Avoid irreversible risks and take preventive measures in advance. • Dealing with unavoidable changes, including uncertainty and risks. • Continuously carry out capacity building, including cultivating the ability of management to participate in the decision-making process.

Responsible consumption and production

  • Our company actively participates in the continuing education of green economy courses, learns environmentally friendly management plans, and enhances the overall environmental awareness of the enterprise.

    • Comply with all applicable pollution prevention and environmental laws and regulations. • Practice green procurement, give priority to materials with higher recyclability, higher actual recovery rate and higher durability, and strive to avoid Overpackaging. • Enhance awareness of environmental protection and energy conservation, and reduce energy consumption in daily activities of enterprises.

Focus on climate change

  • Our company will take appropriate steps to identify and manage climate change risks and develop strategies that are consistent with best practices to mitigate and adapt to the impact of climate change on its business, thereby building its capacity to respond to climate change.

    Mitigation:

    • Reduce carbon footprint by developing and implementing long-term carbon reduction targets. • Use industry best practices to improve energy efficiency in operations (whenever possible). • Encourage employees, suppliers and customers to reduce daily carbon emissions. • Integrate climate change considerations into procurement processes and encourage the use of low carbon and energy efficient products and materials.

    Adaptation:

    • Assess climate change and any associated financial and other risks and opportunities to enhance its understanding of the impact of climate change on its operations. • Develop appropriate procedures and measures to prevent or minimize the potential damage caused by climate change. • Consider climate change in every projects. • Addressing climate change risks as part of our risk management process.

Biological diversity

  • In October 2019, our company signed a commitment to the "Say No to Shark Fin" enterprise and formulated a "Stop Eating Shark Products Policy", clarifying that all internal activities are prohibited from consuming shark products.

    • Adhering to the principle of "no buying, no killing", reducing the threat to biodiversity by refusing consumption.
